He has a proven track record of driving efficiency improvements through his expertise in supply chain management, lean processes, and programme management. Julien's expertise in process mapping allows him to identify value-add activities and opportunities for improvement, resulting in increased productivity and profitability. His ability to analyse complex processes and recommend strategic changes has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor.

Julien has worked in China, Japan, Singapore, France, and Canada, and he is currently located in Toulouse, France.
